  • With the exception of extraordinary circumstances, orders placed Monday through Friday before 3pm are dispatched on the same day, while those placed after this cutoff time are dispatched the following day. Orders made during weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the subsequent business day.

  • Orders are dispatched via Australia Post's Express Post service.

    While Express Post is their fastest delivery method, Australia Post no longer assures next-day delivery with this service. For the most precise delivery estimate, please refer to Australia Post's website, where you can input your address to view the expected delivery times for parcels sent from our location in Victoria to your state or area.

    While we strive to expedite
    the processing of your order with Australia Post, the speed of delivery after they have received your parcel is unfortunately beyond our control.

    Additionally, for all orders exceeding $100, we mandate Australia Post to obtain a signature from the customer as proof of delivery.

  • Returns Policy

    Please make mindful selections when making purchases from our store. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We gladly offer exchanges, refunds, or repairs for any faulty items within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they are accompanied by proof of purchase and have not been damaged due to misuse or neglect. To return a faulty item, please contact us. We will then give you instructions on how best to return it so we can process your refund or exchange.
  • Faulty Products

    We will happily offer refunds or exchanges on any faulty product that is returned to us within 30 days of purchase, as long as proof of purchase is provided and the item is free from damage caused by misuse or neglect. To initiate the return process for a faulty item, please reach out to us. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, ensuring a smooth refund or exchange transaction.
  • Change of Mind

    Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind as we wouldn't be able to sell the returned item to another customer.
  • Product Warranty

    As a minimum, Helmut Mutant offers a warranty for all products on our online store for a period of three months, regardless of whether the manufacturer offers a warranty for that period, as long as the product is not damaged by misuse or neglect. Additionally, many of the items that we offer are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. In these cases we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to secure a replacement if the product fails on you within the warranty period and is not damaged by misuse or neglect. Get in contact with us if you have a faulty product that is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
